Placing Your First Order

Placing an order with HiDVDs.com is easy. You can place order even without register HiDVDs.com. 
Here are the steps you need to follow to place an order. If you have any problems when following these steps, please feel free to contact us.

1. Find the Item You Want

First you will need to search for the items you would like to order. Keyword search boxes are located on every page of our store. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its product detail page. Here you will find more information about the item.

 

2. Add the Item to Your Cart

If you want to order an item from HiDVDs.com, click the "ADD TO CART" button on the item's product detail page. Once you have added an item to your Cart, keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. And the item quantity of Cart will change because of your accession. You can access the contents of your Cart at any time by clicking the ‘View cart’ at the top of every page of our website.

 

3. Order Checkout

Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Cart. If there is an item you don't want to purchase right away, click the "Cross" button after the subtotal. The item will be removed from your current Cart. 
When you're ready to place an order for everything in the Cart , click the "CHECKOUT" button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form.

 

4. Checkout as guest/ Sign In / Create a New Account

If you are a new customer to HiDVDs.com, you can choose to register first or directly checkout with a register. 
A. If you like checkout without register, please click “Checkout as Guest” button

B. If you have an account, please enter Username and password. Then Click the "LOG IN" button.

C. If you like to create a new account, please click “Register”

Choose a password for your account so that when you come back to HiDVDs.com in the future, you can use the same shipping address and method of payment you provided during this first order. You will also be able to use your password to make changes to your order and account information. Make sure to choose something you will remember the next time you want to place an order.

B.     If you choose Western Union: please go to post office or www.westernunion.com and send money to our western union account:

Country : China

After you send the money, please email us the MTCN.

 

9. Check Your Order Status

If you would like to review or change something about the order you placed before it goes to the shipping process, click ‘Contact’ link in the top right corner of most pages on our site. You will be able to change the particulars of your order via Email.
